We are not a choir but a group who enjoy a good sing song and a smile. We use pre-recorded backing tracks to accompany our songs. All members are welcome to join us. You don't have to read music or be a good singer just enjoy joining in.
The group is run on an inclusive model where all are free to request any song they want to try out. We do have a few favourites, which we repeat at times. Generally, we choose music from the 60’s onward but many songs from musicals and films. Abba is a real winner. Coffee or tea is served at the interval of our session, which gives everyone time to chat.
We have welcomed a number of new members this year but can always accommodate more. I have to say that personally I come away from our sessions feeling good as the endorphins get to work. It is a proven fact that it is good for us and you don’t need to be an amazing singer, just ready to enjoy a song
