U3A ukulele began a few years ago and recently we have gained about 6 new members ,some of these are returning players from not playing for years and others are total beginners.

We incorporate other instruments who care to join us and welcome guitarists and percussion players. We are a happy bunch of people who welcome all new members getting to know each other at coffee time when we enjoy a drink and a natter.

We have recently started a new spin off group on the second Wednesday of the month at the Memorial Hall in Stokenchurch. This was a request from our members who wanted extra  practice . This group is called ‘Ukes on the Rock ‘ a nod to the joke that  Stokenchurch is  Fraggle Rock.

We have also been invited by the Blind Vetrans to give them an entertainment at their  Christmas coffee morning.
